If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply get in touch by phone or e-mail for a return authorization within 30 days, return the item, and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.


We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.


All returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.  You must contact us before returning your item to receive a Return Authorization Number. 

If there's a problem with something you purchased from us, please contact us right away in order to set up a return. Be sure that all return shipments include insurance, and are pre-paid (we do not accept CODs). We will only refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Custom or special orders are not eligible for return.

All returns must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or e-mail.

Please note, Go-Ride gladly accepts returns and exchanges at no charge if we are at fault for an incorrect or damaged item. However, if items are returned for any other reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways (if free shipping was originally included, the actual shipping charge will be deducted from the refund), and a minimum restocking fee of 15% will be incurred.


We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on our web site. When errors are discovered, we will correct them. Be advised that Go-Ride reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, after it has been confirmed, or after your credit card has been charged. If we discover a pricing error after your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled as a result of the error, your credit card will be refunded back the full amount of your order. You will be notified via email if your order has been canceled and be given the opportunity to place the order at the correct price. Please note that individual bank policies vary when the amount is credited back to your account. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
