Go-Ride.com stands behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply get in touch by phone or e-mail for a return authorization within 30 days, return the item, and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.

Note: Orders placed before 1:00PM MST usually ship the same day.  

Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight. Items generally subject to this surcharge include, but are not limited to, sale or closeout items, complete bikes, frames, wheelsets, and DH/Heavy duty tires.

*Express shipments are based on either total weight, or dimensional weight.  Please add items to cart and use the Shipping estimator. 

International orders, and orders outside the Continental US are subject to shipping and payment terms on an individual basis.  Please contact us by e-mail for details.

*IN-STORE PICKUP

Most orders will be ready within one business day. We are happy to accommodate quicker pickup times if you would kindly call us by phone to confirm the order prior to picking it up. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 10 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

INFORMATION SECURITY

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.

BACKORDERS

Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on original order.

RETURNS

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.  You must contact us before returning your item to receive a Return Authorization Number.  

If there‚Äôs a problem with something you purchased from us, please contact us right away in order to set up a return. Be sure that all return shipments include insurance, and are pre-paid (we do not accept CODs). We will only refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Custom or special orders are not eligible for return. 

All returns must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or e-mail.

Please note, Go-Ride gladly accepts returns and exchanges at no charge if we are at fault for an incorrect or damaged item.  However, if items are returned for any other reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways (if free shipping was originally included, the actual shipping charge will be deducted from the refund), and a minimum restocking fee of 15% will be incurred. 

PRICES AND INFORMATION

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on our web site. When errors are discovered, we will correct them. Be advised that Go-Ride reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, after it has been confirmed, or after your credit card has been charged. If we discover a pricing error after your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled as a result of the error, your credit card will be refunded back the full amount of your order. You will be notified via email if your order has been canceled and be given the opportunity to place the order at the correct price. Please note that individual bank policies vary when the amount is credited back to your account. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
